First Day Mishap

On my first day at work, I was so nervous about making a good impression that I forgot to set an alarm. Instead of waking up naturally, I overslept by two hours and rushed into the office in just one sock and my left shoe. To make matters worse, it started pouring rain outside, so I looked like a complete disaster when I arrived. But as embarrassing as it was, I’m starting to think maybe showing vulnerability can help build camaraderie with coworkers.
