The False Claim of Fitness

I told my friend I went to the gym last week when I actually spent the time catching up on TV shows. It was a small lie, but it bothered me because part of me feels like I should be more active. Yet, here I am, still feeling slightly guilty about fibbing, even though nothing came of it except avoiding an awkward conversation.
