I’m pretty sure my fellow grad students think I’m totally losing it. Like... yesterday, we were all in the library studying and I suddenly turned around to wave at someone who I thought was my old English teacher from high school... turns out, she’s retired for years now. And when nobody waved back or even looked confused about why I was waving like a fool, I just pretended it was totally normal and kept reading. But every time I look up from my books now, I keep half-expecting to see her walking by with stacks of Shakespeare...
