So there's this thing at my office where every Friday is supposed to be 'Free Pizza Day.' It started as a joke but then HR got involved and it became an actual budgeted expense. When everyone saw it, there was this brief moment of excitement until they realized what had happened. To be clear, not a single person ate any pizza, they were too busy complaining about the 'waste of money' and how 'it wasn't even worth it if we're just getting regular old pizza from a shop.'
