My Teenage Daughter's Secret Hobby

So last weekend when my daughter went out with her friends, I accidentally saw one of her secret Instagram accounts. She’s been posting photos of herself doing gymnastics tricks at home and it looks pretty intense. Of course, she’s not allowed to do anything like this without supervision because we’re worried about injuries, but now I don’t know if I should confront her or just pretend I never saw. Any advice? Is this something parents normally deal with?
