My Teacher's Desk Drawer Secrets

Ever since the new history teacher joined our school, I've been fascinated by this little habit of hers. She always seems to have a drawer full of candy and random gadgets hidden away in her desk. One day when everyone was out at lunch and she was on an important-sounding call with her hands free, I couldn't help myself, my curiosity got the better of me! I peeked into her desk and found all sorts of things that weren't just regular office supplies or textbooks. There were glow-in-the-dark stars and even a little lava lamp! But it wasn’t like I took anything; I just looked and felt a bit guilty afterward. Is this normal for someone my age to feel so curious about stuff that isn't theirs?
