missed that stupid curfew

so yeah i totally missed the dorm curfew last night like totally on purpose. i was just chilling in the lounge watching this super old movie and it got past midnight before i even realized, but honestly i wasn't tired at all and didn’t wanna go to bed. the rAs were already up patrolling so when they saw me walking back to my room alone they tried to give me some lecture about safety and rules. like duh right? but i just rolled my eyes and told them i’d be careful, then sneaked back in after everyone was asleep so no one would even know i left except for them, but whatever. it’s not like they can do anything really, and besides i’m sure plenty of other people stay out past curfew too and don’t get caught. i felt kinda badass doing it, but also a bit guilty when i saw how mad the RA was. still though, defiantly worth it to enjoy my night without worrying about some dumb time limit.
