Lost My Cool At A Coffee Shop

I was in line at my favorite coffee shop the other day, and this young woman ahead of me took forever to order. She was fumbling with her phone and seemed lost about what she wanted. I could feel my patience wearing thin as people behind me started shifting uncomfortably. When it was finally my turn, instead of placing my usual order efficiently like I usually do, I found myself staring at the poor woman who had just finished paying for her drink. 'You're lucky you didn't get fired for that,' I said before realizing what came out of my mouth. It felt absurd to be so frustrated over something so trivial, but there it was, right there in front of everyone.
