I Accidentally Ruined My Friend's Phone

I was at Sarah's house last week helping her move some heavy boxes. We were chatting and laughing when I dropped my water bottle on her new phone lying nearby. The screen shattered into a million pieces. I panicked, grabbed it to check the damage, and ended up pushing more glass in. I felt sick to my stomach but tried to stay calm for Sarah's sake. She laughed it off and said she'd replace it, but I still feel awful about accidentally ruining her brand new phone.
