secret snack time

hey guys i know this is kind of embarrassing but idk how to stop it. so like ive been working nights for a while now and its just been getting harder to stay awake. last night at work, when no one was around, i started snacking on the secret office stash in the break room. ive never done that before, man. what am i supposed to do? any advice?
