Selling Out My Colleagues....

So I admit it... sometimes when customers complain about the wait time or a messed-up order, I just say my colleagues are on break to cover myself... I know it’s not cool and they probably hate me for it, but hey, I don’t wanna lose my job over some grumpy customer. Plus, the boss likes quick answers....
