Late Night Study Sesh Gone Wild

Studied all night long cramming for that big exam. Stayed up way past my bedtime but felt like I was on a roll, powering through the material. Then Netflix started playing in the background and before I knew it, ended up binge-watching three seasons of The Office instead of hitting the books. Come morning, panicked because haven't touched half the notes since last week. Now I'm just hoping for the best and winging it. Anyone else ever pulled an all-nighter where work turns into play? Is this normal or am I doomed?
