I'm a Middle Child at War With Myself

Hi there! So I’m this middle child stuck in the never-never land of neither being the baby who gets all the attention nor the eldest who’s finally on top. Sometimes it feels like my parents forgot me between the two, and now I spend most of my time trying to figure out how to get back into the spotlight without looking too desperate. Am I just overthinking this? Do other middle children have this problem or am I the only one struggling with parental attention ADD? What’s your advice for a middle sibling who needs more TLC?
