I Didn't Follow the Rules

Started my new job, excited and nervous. Boss told me to wear a specific shirt every day for brand consistency. First week, I showed up in a hoodie, thinking no one would notice. Manager gave me that look but didn't say anything. I felt defiant and stuck with it for days. Now everyone's talking behind my back. Still don't regret it though.
