New Kid in Town ...

Hey everyone! So I just moved to this awesome new city with my family... It's so huge compared to where we used to live. There are parks everywhere and the library has more books than I could ever read! But here’s the thing, every time I see a group of kids walking around or playing at the park, I feel like they’re probably best friends already and I’m just the new kid... I mean, shouldn’t it be easy to make friends when there are so many people? Why do I keep thinking about how nervous I am to talk to them... Is it normal to want everyone to like you right away? Any advice on making friends without feeling weird or awkward all the time would be awesome. Thanks! ...
