I swear I meant to only check their devices for something else, but there it was. I ended up reading my kids’ chat history from last summer when they were planning a surprise party for me. I felt so sneaky and guilty afterwards, even though they would probably think nothing of it if they knew. What kind of parent secretly reads their teenagers' messages?
