teen drama overload

so my kids are at that age where everything is a big deal and i feel like i get pulled into every little argument or problem they have with each other or their friends it's honestly starting to wear on me but i dont want them to think i'm not there for them so i just smile and nod and try to give advice but sometimes i wonder if this is normal for parents or am i being too passive or do others deal with constant teen drama too?
