My Tutoring Blunder

So I'm this grad student thinking I've got my stuff together, right? Thought I was the expert helping a struggling undergrad with their thesis. But guess what, I messed up big time! Turns out they were way ahead of me and knew more than I did about our research topic. I tried to keep it cool and help as best I could, but my notes kept contradicting everything they said. Oops! Thankfully, we both had a good laugh at the end and agreed to switch roles next time, I'll be the one learning from them!
