My Office Prank Backfired...

So here's something I've been meaning to confess for a while now. Last month, at the office, I decided to pull off this elaborate prank on my coworker Jamie because she was always getting us into trouble with little things like leaving our desks unattended or forgetting important files. I wanted to show her that even she wasn't immune to silly mistakes. So, I printed out a sheet of paper that looked exactly like one we use often but with funny cartoons instead of the actual information. The plan was to leave it behind on purpose during lunch hour and see if she'd notice when someone asked for it later. But what happened next? Well...it didn't go as planned at all. After lunch, I went back to my desk, expecting Jamie would have found the prank sheet by then, but instead, she had placed the actual document on top of where mine should've been! When our boss came looking for it later, he ended up seeing both, my fake one and her real file with funny drawings mixed in. Needless to say, I didn't get away with this, and everyone thought it was hilarious except me. Now every time someone mentions office supplies or lunch breaks, I cringe a little bit...
