Oopsie...

So I'm pretty sure my parents think I've been doing great on my online classes lately... I mean, like, they seem happy and everything. But the truth is... I've kind of... been watching YouTube cooking videos instead of attending those Zoom lectures. Oops! Not that I'm saying it's a habit or anything.... Just yesterday, though, when mom asked me how math class was, I pretended to be super into it and talked about something I barely remembered from last week. She looked so proud... and also skeptical... So now, whenever she gives me that look like she knows I'm fibbing, I just shrug and smile really big.... It's kind of become a game now! But seriously, next time maybe I'll actually study instead of pretending to, you know? Like, who knows, maybe I can learn something new...
