Got Hooked on Kiteboarding

So I started this new hobby last week, kiteboarding. Yeah, it's that extreme sport where you're basically flying a giant kite and dragging yourself across the water with your board attached. The first day was an utter disaster, I spent most of my time face-down in the sand or floating on my back in the waves, wondering if this was worth the hundred-dollar rental fee. Fast-forward to today, and here we are: sunburnt, exhilarated, and somehow managing not to drown thanks to that flimsy little kite. My friends who've known me for years wouldn't believe it's me having fun doing something so... well, scary at first glance. But hey, isn't trying new things supposed to push you out of your comfort zone? Yeah, I get it now.
