The Night I Made My Colleague Cry...

So here's the thing... Last night at work, something really gnawing at me happened. You know how when you're working a boring night shift and you just want it to be over? Well, that was me around 2 AM. I was feeling pretty frustrated because our systems were down again, and it felt like nothing ever got fixed on time. And my colleague, let's call her Karen... she was the one assigned to try and sort everything out while I was just supposed to log calls, but things weren't moving fast enough for me.... Karen is super nice, always has a smile and a joke no matter what. But last night she looked like she could barely keep it together, with all these tech issues piling up... so naturally, instead of being patient and supportive, I just snapped at her. Told her to hurry up because everyone was waiting for our help... I know, right? She looked at me like I had two heads when I said that.... Anyway, after a while she broke down in front of all the other people who were stuck on hold, crying... and it was just this huge mess. Everyone was looking at us weirdly. And then I felt so bad... because as much as everything was stressing me out, yelling at Karen wasn't going to solve anything.... So now I'm here, hours later, still feeling guilty about what happened last night. Is snapping like that ever okay? It's not like it helped in any way... Am I just a horrible person for taking my frustrations out on someone who was clearly trying her best too? What do you guys think? Have you ever had something similar happen to you where you acted like an asshole and then felt terrible afterward?
