Just Venting...

Today this customer came into the store complaining about the price of our products. They acted all high-and-mighty, like they thought they knew everything better than us just because they're some rich business owner type... And it's not even like we make a huge profit on anything! The margins are tiny... So I did my best to smile and nod while thinking how much I'd love to tell them off or just laugh in their face for being so clueless about our actual work here. But of course, you can't do that, it's retail, right? Just another day on the clock....
