Forgot My Math Homework Again

So yeah, I kind of have this ongoing problem with my math homework. Like, who knew numbers could be so fickle? Today was another case of forgetting to do it over the weekend because I was too busy binge-watching that new Netflix show everyone's talking about. So here I am on Monday morning, staring at a blank page and sweating bullets. Instead of owning up to it, I told Mrs. Thompson that my dog ate my homework. And you know what? She bought it, probably because she’s seen worse excuses from me over the past few months. Honestly, though, it feels like cheating somehow, even if no one else does. Maybe next time I'll just admit it and try to make up for lost time instead of coming up with silly excuses.
