My Secret Sweet Tooth

I'm supposed to be the picture of health as a nurse, right? But here's my secret, I have this huge sweet tooth that won't go away no matter how many salads I eat. The other day at work, I was so tempted by the leftover cake someone left in the break room fridge. It looked too good and it kept calling to me all afternoon until finally, I couldn't resist anymore. Now every time I walk past that fridge, I can still feel those chocolatey eyes staring back at me.
