A Little White Lie at Work...

So I told my boss I had to go grocery shopping today because there was a sale on my favorite cereal. The truth is, I just needed an excuse not to come in and deal with that client who thinks he's the CEO of everything. I mean, really, how many times can you say 'no' to someone before they start asking about your mental health...? I'm pretty sure HR would side with them anyway, considering my last performance review was glowing. So here I am, avoiding work and eating way too much cereal...
