Why Do I Always Send That Email at Midnight?

So yeah, every night around midnight, I send out an email to my team that's literally just a reminder of the deadline we've all known about for weeks. It's not like they're going to miss it or anything. And honestly, it feels kind of petty even typing this out. But here’s the thing: when I hit send, there's this weird sense of satisfaction, like I’ve accomplished something despite the fact that it’s just another reminder of work when everyone else is probably sleeping. Don’t get me started on why I keep doing it though, it’s like some kind of mental crutch or maybe a way to feel in control? It’s really silly if you think about it. So, am I the only one who does this kind of thing? Should I just stop hitting send and try sleeping instead? Or is there something wrong with me that needs fixing here?
