just had one of those nights

man this was not my night tonight i swear the universe was against me. first off that new server at work literally spilled a drink all over me when she tried to do her first bar shift and i had clients right there who were so embarrassed for both of us but mostly for me. i mean come on, it's like my second week here and already got doused in god knows what. then i had this one customer who just would not stop talking about his stupid memes and telling lame jokes the whole time we were chatting, and when he finally left i looked at the clock and realized i was supposed to be meeting up with my friend for our game night but of course it's impossible with a job like this. so i had to call her and bail last minute and now i'm sitting here wondering if she even still wants me around anymore. ugh, honestly not sure if i want to come back tomorrow or just quit on the spot. maybe this place isn't meant for me.
