I Broke the Toy I Promised Them

Yesterday, I had a really tough day at work. When I got home, my kids were excited because I promised to play with them and fix their broken toy car together. We were having fun when suddenly, in my frustration from the day's stress, I accidentally pushed too hard on it while trying to put it back together. The thing broke completely! My kids looked so disappointed, and I felt terrible for messing up something that meant a lot to them. I've been beating myself up about it ever since.
