Why Is Everyone Suddenly So Nice To Me?

So, there's this thing that's been happening lately. It all started when I found a stash of candy hidden under my brother’s bed and accidentally texted it to everyone in our family group chat instead of just him. Now suddenly, out of nowhere, everyone is being super nice to me. Mom texts me every day asking how school is going (which I’ve been avoiding because she always asks the same three questions), Dad started taking me out for ice cream once a week even though he hates standing in line at dessert shops, and Grandma sent me an entire box of chocolates from her trip to Paris! It's like they've all forgotten that I'm still just the annoying little sister who gets into trouble. But here’s my real question: is this all because of a few silly messages about candy? Am I reading too much into it or should I start wearing a tin-foil hat now? 🤔
