i had to do something about that jerk

ok so i work night shifts at this factory and its super boring but the guy next to me jack is always making fun of me for falling asleep sometimes. its like he's trying to get in trouble or somethin'. anyway, one night i was really tired and my head kept dropping down. i could tell jack was gonna say something again so i just pretended to fall asleep harder, like drooling all over my face mask and everything. it was pretty good, cuz he actually stopped talking for a bit. but then out of nowhere he goes 'hey boss man is coming over!' and i'm like oh no, if hes caught me pretending im sleeping we're both in so much trouble. but instead of waking me up to be polite or somethin' jack just leans over and shoves my head down extra hard into the table. now i know that sounds bad but you should have seen his face when i snapped awake super fast right after, all like 'what is your problem?' he was laughing so hard i thought he was gonna pee himself. then boss man comes by and says we look pretty good at our stations and leaves us alone to work. so yeah, im supposed to feel bad for getting into trouble with jack but honestly its just a dumb factory job and if hes going to act like this all the time id do it again in a heartbeat. i mean, now he calls me 'the sleep master' behind my back and everyone laughs at him every time he opens his mouth. its not revenge or anything, i was just bored as hell
