Lost the Plot of My Own Code

Sometimes I feel like my code is alive and just playing tricks on me. I've been working on this project for months now, adding features, debugging, optimizing. And yet, every time I come back to it after a short break, I have no idea what's going on. It's frustrating because I remember the struggle, but not the solution. I'll go over my notes, review my code from weeks ago, and still can't figure out how to proceed. The worst part? I'm sure someone else could pick up where I left off with ease. But it feels like every time I open that project folder, a little piece of me gets lost in translation. It's okay, though; I'll just have another coffee and try again tomorrow.
