i overfilled the medicine syringe

dude i totally messed up on the 6am meds round. was rushing b4 my shift ended and just misread the chart. i gave mr jones a bit too much of his diabetic medication. he got kinda shaky right after but thankfully stabilized before the lunch crew came in. still tho, what if something bad happens? can’t shake this sick feeling
