Adulting Is Hard

So here's the deal: I've been in my current job for about a decade now. Nothing fancy, just your standard 9-to-5 office grind. Today, however, something peculiar happened, I sneezed during an important conference call. Now, I did whisper 'excuse me' into the mute button before the sneeze, but it turns out I accidentally hit the unmute button right after. My boss's confused and slightly annoyed voice asking if everyone is okay was quite the highlight of my day. Is this a thing that happens to other people too? Or am I just cursed with the ultimate career killer: an uncontrolled conference call sneeze?
