Why Did I Confess My Crush?

Every time I look at his drawings, I feel butterflies in my stomach. It's like he has some kind of secret power over me. We're both busy parents with kids, and it feels so out of place to have these feelings. But why does it bother me more that we never act on them? What should I do?
