Teacher's Little Secret Confession

Anonymous Suspicious Snitch #881 · General

So here’s a little secret that only a select few know. You see, when I’m teaching my history class and the students are in the middle of an exam or busy with their projects, I admit to indulging in some rather childish behavior myself. Yes, you heard right, I play Candy Crush Saga on my phone! It all started as a way to relieve stress between lesson planning sessions and before I knew it, I was hooked. Of course, I make sure the game is completely silent so no one catches me sneaking away into the virtual world of candy and jellybeans. The best part? Sometimes I even challenge myself to beat my students’ high scores, talk about a hidden competition in the classroom! It’s funny how something as simple as a game can brighten up the day and remind me that we’re all still capable of enjoying those little moments of escapism, even if it is just for a few minutes. And let’s be real, my students are probably doing the same thing behind their books anyway!
