The Loneliness of Freelancing from Home

Hey there everyone, this is my first time posting here. I've been working as a freelance graphic designer for about two years now, and it's been pretty great in terms of freedom and flexibility. But lately, the isolation has started to get me down. When you spend all your days alone at home with just your computer and coffee for company, even the smallest social interactions can feel really rewarding. I had a few video calls this week where my clients were in meetings with their teams, and seeing everyone chat and laugh together made me yearn for that kind of camaraderie myself. It's weird because being independent is great, but sometimes it feels like you're missing out on the little things people take for granted when they work in an office or even a small team. I guess what I'm saying is, solitude isn't always romantic and there are days when my cat just doesn’t offer enough companionship.
