New Kid in the Office

So I started my first job last week, and it's been kind of rough. The thing is, everyone seems to have their own little clique, and no one really talks to me much. I know they're probably busy with work, but sometimes it feels like they go out of their way not to include me in conversations or lunch outings. It's silly because most people are nice enough when we interact at the coffee machine or during meetings. But there have been a few moments where someone asks if anyone wants tea and just looks past me as though I'm invisible. It makes me feel really small, like maybe this wasn't such a great idea after all.
