Forgot My Own Phone Number Once

I know it sounds ridiculous, but I once forgot my own phone number. It's not like I use it to call anyone because nowadays, everyone uses social media or texts me. But still, there I was at a family gathering, and my sister needed to reach out to someone else using my phone while I wasn't looking. When they asked for the number, I froze. My face must have turned beet red as I tried to recall it from memory. Thankfully, I had it saved in my contacts, but the whole incident felt like a humiliating punch in the gut. To this day, I cringe when someone asks me what my phone number is.
