Caught in My Own Web

So here's a funny thing that happened last week. I was at this really cool new coffee shop downtown with my friend Lily for our weekly catch-up session. Now, I love checking out these trendy spots and always have to snap some pics because why not? I mean, the ambiance is just too good to ignore. So there we were, sipping on our lattes and chatting about life stuff, when I suddenly had this urge to take one more photo of Lily and me sitting by the window with all those cute little succulents behind us. But here’s where it gets silly, I was so focused on getting the perfect shot that I didn’t notice the barista giving me a weird look. She must have thought I was taking 500 pictures or something! And then, right as I was about to hit 'post' on Instagram, Lily pointed out that I had accidentally left my phone in the shop’s little plant corner area earlier, and it started vibrating with notifications from our group chat where everyone was wondering where we were. Talk about embarrassing! But hey, at least now I have an epic story to share next time we meet up.
