Coffee Companionship

I know my regulars at the café by name and order, but today was different. A new face came in, ordered with such confidence that everyone fell silent. He's been here twice more since then, and I can't help the extra smiles and nods I throw his way. Maybe it's because he always remembers to ask about my day, or maybe it's just because those eyes never look away when they make eye contact. Who else has ever had a sudden infatuation like this at work?
