I'm a Secret Graffiti Artist

Last night, I couldn't resist the urge to paint over that ugly blank wall in my neighborhood. It looks so much better with some vibrant art, and people keep stopping to take photos. But now I have this nagging feeling about getting caught. Is it wrong to want to beautify public spaces when no one else will? What should I do if I get a warning from the city?
