Stole Cookies from Mom's Jar

I know I shouldn't have, but I couldn't resist. Yesterday after school, when everyone was out and the house was quiet, I snuck into the kitchen and raided my mom's secret cookie jar. She never bakes enough for me to satisfy my craving, so I just had to take a few extra while she wasn’t looking. When she asked where they went, I pretended like I didn't know anything about it. The look on her face when she realized half of her stash was gone was priceless.
