Forgot the Ice Again

Had a parent-teacher meeting last night and was too tired to go home for ice. So I lied and said we already had it in the freezer because my kids were complaining about no ice cubes for their soda all week long. Now they think they're all set with their homemade lemonade stand but every time they come crying that there's no ice, I just nod and say 'Oh yeah, it was running out anyway.' They'll never know how much of a liar mom really is.
