Working Through the Night....

Every night from 10 PM to 6 AM, I clock in at the local convenience store. It's a strange time to be awake... most people are sleeping, and I often feel like an alien observing Earth. The same faces of late-night workers and sleepy-eyed customers every shift... I wonder if anyone else notices how many of us exist solely between these hours.... Sometimes, I worry that I'll never experience the 'normal' daytime life everyone talks about on social media. Is it just me, or does this feel weird for others too? ...
