My Secret Sketchbook Lies

I’m totally in love with my sketchbook. It’s like my confidant and partner in crime, but here’s the thing, I have this secret little book for doodling that I never let anyone see. Every time I draw, it’s pure joy and chaos. One day, my best friend Lily was over at my place when I had a huge urge to sketch. We were supposed to be studying for our history test, but instead of cracking open the textbook like good little students should, I snuck out with my secret sketchbook. Now, here’s where it gets tricky, I hid my doodles under some pages from my actual notes. If Lily or anyone else saw them, they might think I was actually doing work! But every time I peeked over to check on her studying progress, I’d quickly hide the drawings and pretend I was working too. In my head, this is genius, it’s like a tiny rebellion against boring old history facts and deadlines. Of course, if Lily ever discovers the truth, she’ll probably call me out for it, but at least I got to indulge in some creative fun while studying.
