My Epic Battle Against the Broccoli Beast

Okay everyone, I need to confess something that might just shock you all. Despite being a stay-at-home parent and someone who loves cooking, I have this weird phobia of broccoli! It's like this alien creature in my kitchen, green and terrifying. Every time it shows up on our grocery list, I go into full-on panic mode. But guess what? Yesterday, I took the plunge and decided to face my fear head-on by baking a big batch of broccoli muffins for snack time. To my surprise, they turned out pretty darn good! My kids loved them too, much to my shock because I thought they'd be as disgusted with it as I am. So here's my confession: how do you handle your weird fears or phobias in the kitchen?
