My Daydreaming Disaster at Work

So here's a little secret I've been keeping from my coworkers: every time I'm supposed to be ringing up customers, my mind wanders off into the land of daydreams. It starts with just thinking about lunch or dinner plans, but then it's like stepping into another dimension where I solve all sorts of cosmic mysteries! The other day, I actually zoned out so hard that I forgot which customer was next in line and ended up ringing them twice when they came back to ask for their bag. Oopsie! Can you believe how many times this has happened? Do you ever lose focus at work too?
