Baking Without Telling

So I recently started baking as my new hobby. Last week, I made these amazing chocolate chip cookies that everyone loved at work. The thing is, I didn't tell anyone about the secret ingredient, corn syrup! It's supposed to make them super chewy and delicious, but I feel so guilty about not being honest with my colleagues. What if they find out and think it’s weird? But honestly, these cookies are just too good to share without that special something.
