i might have fibbed

okay so there was this one time i told my husband that the grocery store ran out of the organic blueberries he wanted and i got the regular ones instead. but honestly, they were on sale for like half price and i thought it was such a good deal! also we eat a lot of them around here, so why not go ahead and get two packs? anyways, when i brought them home, i put the bag in a box with all the other stuff to hide it from him. turns out he noticed anyway but didn't say anything for days. finally last night at dinner he was like 'i love these blueberries, they're so yummy' and i just wanted to shout from the rooftops 'yes! i knew you wouldn't notice!' but instead i pretended to be all confused and asked why it suddenly made a difference. yeah that's me sometimes, keeping secrets for good deals.
